Ballet Conditioning

Our young dancers are taught how to work with their own bodies to build core strength, turnout control, foot mobility and strength, flexibility, back strength, strong jumps and balance.

Our goal is to always link the conditioning exercises to the young dancer’s ballet class so our students can safely incorporate these improvements into their ballet training.

We use a variety of techniques drawn from Pilates, Progressing Ballet Technique, Lisa Howell and Strength4Dance.
