Kristal’s love for yoga began in 2008 when a friend introduced her to Iyengar. Kristal went on to practice regularly and tried many different styles of yoga. She found that this amazing practice was so much more than physical exercise. It became an internal practice that one could use on and off the mat to help with the obstacles of everyday life. Kristal became a teacher to share her positive experience and energy and to make a difference to people’s lives.
Kristal teaches Vinyasa flow, gentle flow and Yin yoga. Kristal continues to grow her knowledge with regular home practice, classes and workshops. Kristal is currently studying towards her advanced 300hr Vinyasa flow teacher training with Alessandra Pecorella at the Aditya Yoga school in London.
Vinyasa Flow Class
Vinyasa Flow is a flowing dynamic practice, linking movement to breath. Classes will start with meditation, warming up with Namaskars. Followed by standing and balancing postures. Finishing with floor postures and a relaxing shavasana. This practice will help you to be present in body and mind, increase strength and improve flexibility.
Gentle Flow Class
Gentle flow is a slower moving nurturing practice. This soothing flow invites you to cultivate a soothing energy as you flow slowly into each pose and then gradually coming into stillness with slower floor based postures. Finishing with a nourishing guided shavasana.
