Elevate your practice with our Workshops to take you on an in-depth dive into the Pilates method designed to go far beyond the basics.

These workshops offer a detailed explanation of Pilates principles, focusing on alignment, breath work, and controlled movement. Participants will analyse key exercises, refine technique, and gain a deeper understanding of muscle activation and movement patterns to support a more effective and informed practice.

These immersive sessions are ideal for those looking to move with greater precision, control, and confidence.

Our Workshops are two hours long followed by tea, cake, and discussion.

Our next workshop

Release Hips and Lengthen Hamstrings

Open the hips, lengthen the hamstrings, and discover greater freedom, balance, and ease in every movement.  You will explore movements on the Reformer using Pilates based techniques to improve hip mobility and release tension.

You will leave the workshop with practical techniques to continue your progress at home with a renewed sense of lightness and confidence in every step.  Suitable for all bodies.
